Welcome |
Al-Khair is an independent day school offering all-round education of the highest quality for primary and secondary boys and girls aged 4 - 16.
Situated in East Croydon the school is extremely accessible being only several minutes walk from the station. Al-Khair having opened its doors in 2003 starting with only 5 pupils now accommodates just over 200 full time registered pupils.
Al-Khair is also fortunate to have the scenic and well kept grounds of Lloyds Park within walking distance, which are used at times for outdoor activities. | |

Vision |
Our primary aim at Al-Khair is to achieve excellence in education for our students within a cultivating, caring and secure Islamic environment.
The strong academic background we provide will help them graduate and take their place in society, as Muslim professionals who will not only serve as role models for generations of Muslims to come, but also as intelligent and thoughtful citizens who will serve as ambassadors between Islam and the West. GCSE 2009 RESULTS
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that the commitment and hard work of teachers and pupils of Al-Khair has been recognized in the national league tables.
The league tables are published by the DCSF (Department for Children, Schools and Families) as a general performance indicator. In the tables below you can see how Al-Khair ranked in comparison with other schools. However, as a Muslim faith school Al-Khair provides so much more than just academic results. We would like all of our pupils to leave here with a solid Islamic identity, based in intellectual thought and practiced from the heart. We regard it as a great privilege to have the responsibility of helping to shape the lives of the students in our care. With your support and duas we hope that we continue to serve our students and prepare them for a bright future, inshallah.
